Insurance Policy – Procedures
- To be reported to Derek Mc Hugh within 30 Days of injury.
- Claim form will be issued by O’Driscoll O’Neill Insurance directly to the Club.
- Club will pass to Manager or Parents & completed form including medical details (which must be signed by a Doctor) has to be returned to the Club to enable sign off by Club Official.
- Excess on policy continues to be €150 any one claim.
- Physiotherapy Visits Covered up to maximum of €400.
- Senior Team Policies include enhanced Personal Accident Cover with loss of earnings after 2 weeks, payments of up to €400 per week.
- Dental & Additional Injury Benefits.
